8.23. R225Servo hand squeeze force setting

 

This is function to allow that user can manually set applied pressure of Servo hand when performing Robot work by using a Servo hand.

 

(1)   Following screen is displayed if pressing the [R..(NO)] key → [225] → [ENTER (YES)] key.

 

 

(2)   Press the [ENTER (YES)] key after inputting applied pressure to hand with the [Number] key.

 

 

 

l  This function cannot be used when Robot operates.

 

l To be used only when there is an additional axis that is set for a servo hand

 

l  Palletizing item in [F2]: System5: Initialize3: Usage settingmust be set to “Enable”.

 

l  When the servo hand pressurization force to set exceeds the range of the table set in [F2]: System4: Application parameter3: Palletizing3: Servo hand parameterSqueeze force-Current table, a message saying “Squeeze force exceeds the maximum or the minimum value of a squeeze force table.” Will be displayed.
