This displays the state of the I/O signals of the field bus channels 1 and 3 of BD52X.

 

Select『[F1]: Service』 → 『1: Monitoring』 → 『3: Field bus signal』 → 『1/2: FB1 Field bus input/output』/ 『5/6: FB3 field bus input/output』.
