3.4.1. Conveyor data

When you select 『[F1]: Service』 → 『1: Monitoring』 → 『5: Conveyor data』, you can check the data related to conveyor synchronization.

n Conveyor pulse (CP)

This parameter manages the number of pulse received from the pulse generator.

n Conveyor distance (CD)

This parameter shows the distance of workpiece from the limit switch.

n Conveyor speed (CS)

This parameter manages the conveyor speed.

n Entered workpiece

This shows the number of workpiece entering through the limit switch.

n Limit switch input

This displays whether the limit switch is operating.

n Low pulse

This displays the processed value of conveyor pulse entered from conveyor I/F board and is repeated in the range of “0 ~ FFFF” if normal.
