n If the robot is utilized in adverse condition(such as spot welding, grinding, etc.), perform the inspection more frequently to ensure proper reliability of the robot system
n Inspect all visible cabling, and replace them if damaged.
n Check the mechanical bumper devices for deformation and damage. If the bumper or Dog is bent, replace it immediately.
n Check the tightening torque of main bolts as shown in [Figure 4.1].
n Check the abnormal noise in an automatic or teaching mode in order to ensure the condition of power transmission(such as motor, reduction gear, etc).
n Inspect the gas springs regularly to keep the pressure at a proper level and inject gas when the pressure is lowered.
n Replace some parts of the gas springs after a certain period of use.
