5.1.1. S-AxisReduction Gear

 

 

Attention   If the oil is injected without removing the plug of the level hole, increased internal pressure may cause oil leakage and damage to the oil seal, and the oil may cause damage to the motor by flowing into it. Be sure to remove level hole plug.

 

n Oil Replacement

 

(1)   Remove oil inlet and level hole plug.

 

(2)   Remove the outlet plug.

 

(3)   After discharging used oil completely through outlet, attach outlet plug with seal tape without fail.

 

ü  Oil type: Omala S4 WE150 ü  Amount of oil: 5,000cc

 

(4)   Lubricate oil through inlet by using oil gun until oil does not overflow inlet.

 

(5)   Wipe up the smeared oil with a cloth and attach the plug ofthe inlet and the level hole.
