4.3.1. HRVision3D-MultiCam Communication Setup

 

When the images are acquired, set the communication for “HRVision 3D-MultiCam” by referring to 3.1.2.

 

In the “Setting Communication” menu, set the serial (rs-232) or the Ethernet (UDP) communication.

If the vision system is not communicating with the robot based on the set properties, there will be a green light displayed as shown in the figure below.

 

 

 

Set the PLC communication in the “Setting PLC” menu. The PLC setting will be reflected only when ending and starting the program again. If the vision system is not communicating with PLC based on the set properties, a green blinking light will be displayed every second as shown in the figure below.

 

 

PLC inputting will take place only in “Auto” mode. If the input is not processed normally, check whether the mode is in “Auto” mode. PLC outputting can take place both in “Manual” and in “Auto” modes.
