3.3. Recording Steps

 

(1)     The servo hand position is recorded as an additional axis by [Record] key of Teach pendant, same as the robot axis.

 

(2)     Record the squeeze position of a workpiece temporarily.

 

(3)     Conduct manual squeezing/opening and examine the squeeze position that the workpiece can be safely handled.

 

(4)     Finally determine the step position.
