All the personnel who intend to teach, operate or inspect the robot must be trained in an approved robotic operation and safety training course before start-up. The safety training course includes the following details:

 

n  Purpose and functions of safety devices

n  Safety procedure to handle the robot

n  Performance of robot or the robot system and possible hazards

n  Tasks associated with any specific robot applications

n  Safety concepts, etc.
