5.3. Replacing the Wirings inside the Manipulator​

 

The replacement cycles for the wirings of the manipulator are influence by following items.

 

n Continuous operation

n Operation speed

n Ambient temperature

 

Perform the periodic inspection every three months and check the cables and cable protection springs for any damage. If damage is found, the damaged part should be replaced.

 

Replace the cables every 24,000 hours regardless of the working conditions.

 

Caution

 

ü  As bend-resistant wirings are used, so never use wirings other than the specified ones.

ü  Replace wirings on a unit-by-unit basis for individual units.

ü  Do not use cables, protection springs, hoses, etc., if they have external damage, other types of damage, etc. because they can cause troubles.

ü  When purchasing the internal wirings for the manipulator, contact our service department about the wiring type.

ü  Specify the length of the wirings from the manipulator to the controller.
