5.1.4. R2-AxisReduction Gear

 

 

Attention   First, remove an injection plug before checking an oil level or opening an oil discharging plug. In a case where an oil level plug is opened without removing the injection plug, there is a concern in that your body and clothing may be contaminated by oil ejection through the inner pressure, and you may get burned by high temperature. Also, if you inject oil without removing a plug for checking oil level, a motor can be damaged due to oil flowing into the motor. Remove the plug surely.

 

n  Oil Replacement

 

(1)   Make the V-Axis Arm horizontal for ground.(V:0°-Floor Type, V:-90°-Shelf Type)

 

(2)   Remove the oil injection plug.

 

(3)   Assemble a plug after discharging high oil by removing the oil discharging plug.

 

(4)   Remove the oil level plug.

 

(5)   Inject oil through the oil inlet with an oil injector.

 

ü  Oil type : TIVELA S 150 ü  Oil injection amount : 1,100cc

 

(6)   Inject oil until injected oil us discharged from a level hole.

 

(7)   Wipe off the oil outlet using a rag, and assemble the plug again.
