The sensor synchronization related data can be checked by selecting the screen of “『[F1]: Service』→[1: Monitoring] → [4: Sensor Synchronization]”.

 

 

n Limit switch

If the “Limit Switch Input” status is “On” while the switch is activated and “Off” while not activated, it means that the switch is normal. If it does not function normally, its hardware needs to be checked.

 

n Encoder

When it comes to the “Low Pulse” item, the value will keep increasing or decreasing within the range of 0 ~ FFFF if the encoder pulse is fed normally. If it does not work normally, it is required to check the hardware.
