Warning

ü  When required to replace the motor and reducer of the H axis and V axis, you must fix the arm with a fall-prevention bolt or pin before the work so that the arm does not fall when the brake release switch is turned “On” and “Off.”

ü  When required to replace the motor and reducer of the R2 axis, B axis, and R1 axis, you should move the robot into a posture where the tool does not rotate and fall when the brake release switch is turned “On” and “Off.”

ü  To prevent accidents because of falling of the axis, you must check whether the pressure of the gas spring is appropriate before the work. The H axis may fall when the robot operates at a pressure lower than the appropriate working pressure.
