n  Grease injection method

 

(1)  Open a nipple cap 1/8, and inject grease using a grease gun through the grease nipple A-PT1/4. (Air pressure 5~7kg/cm2, Decompression is not needed.)

 

ü  Type of grease : GADUS S3 V220C 2

ü  Initial amount of grease injection: 15 cc (13.5 g)

ü  Amount of grease refueling: 7 cc (6.3 g)

 

(2)   Inject grease through the grease nipple until the new grease is squeezed out from the gap between the Nilos ring and the bearing in 360° direction of the bearing.

 

(3)   Clean up discharged grease caused by excessive fueling with a cloth.

 

(4)   Clean the inlet, and assemble the nipple cap as it was.
