6.1. Robot search reference pose record

 

The robot search reference pose record provides the option to record the search reference pose. The steps in recording the reference pose are as shown below.

First, after teaching, including the robot search function, is completed, set this condition as on while a workpiece is placed. Next, set the operating cycle as 1 cycle and execute the auto operation. The reference pose value of the workpiece will be recorded automatically.

 

n Off

Do not use the robot search reference pose record function.

 

n On

Use the robot search reference pose record function.

 

 

 

l If you set the robot search reference pose record function to ON, you will see the “?” on the top left side of the screen.

 

l  The AUTO operation speed to record the robot search reference pose data and common AUTO operation speed must be the same.
