n This function manual is written based on the Hi5a V40.17-00 version.

n The tool calibration is an optional function. Execute the function after inputting the “Tool Data Automatic Calibration (ATDC)” license number.

n To use the built-in DeviceNet for communication with the sensor, a “built-in Fieldbus (DeviceNet)” license is required.
